This film about the South Fork Boise River debuted Thursday night at BSU. The feature film is DRIFT, a Warren Miller style film about fly fishing in a half dozen places around the world.
The showing of DRIFT was a fundraiser for the South Fork Boise River research projects. Leading up to the event, my uncle Andy, who’s heavily involved in the Idaho fly-fishing community, decided to create a short video about the South Fork and the recent studies done by Trout Unlimited. He wrote the script and compiled the content, and the Idaho Fish and Game video crew helped tie it all together.
The finished product is awesome - If you’re interested in learning about what the Ted Trueblood Chapter of TU has been up to or you just want to check out the great scenery, give it a play. Efforts like this are why I am so proud to say I’m from Idaho.
